摘　　要：为保证寿命期内齿轮传动设备正常运行,结合国内实际情况,从齿轮传动设备在采购、设计、制造、安装和运行维护等各环节入手,提出各阶段应注意的事项和行之有效的控制办法,特别指出了制造过程中制造厂严格执行齿轮材料和热处理标准,以及在齿轮安装运行维护时严格执行安装操作规程的重要性。In order to ensure functioning normally of gear drive device in its life cycle, the domestic actual conditions are taken into consideration, the processes including order goods, design, manufacture, installation, operation and maintenance in gear drive device are analyzed, so that the matters needing attention and effective control method for each stage is presented. In specialty, it is important that manufactories strictly carry out the standard for inspection of gear materials and their heat treatment and operator correctly operate according to the specification of installation, operation and maintenance.
