摘　　要：在锰锌软磁铁氧体成型和烧结生产过程中不可避免会产生一些调机品生坯,有时因工艺卫生做不好等原因会造成这些调机品功耗超高和晶粒严重而无法回收使用。经过试验创新出了一整套针对不合格调机品的制粉回收处理工艺。通过对不合格品进行基方校正、高温排胶除杂和在二次配料中添加可抑制晶粒生长的特殊小料MoO3,使整批处理出来的颗粒料功耗和磁导率性能基本合格可用。Some test machine products will be inevitably produced during Mn-Zn soft magnetic ferrite forming and sintering,sometimes the test machine product is of high power loss and serious crystal because production sanitation is not good enough and other reasons,and can not be reused.A set of innovation method of Recycling and processing for unqualified test machine products has been found after many tests.The material processed with this method is of qualified power loss and magnetic permeability,through the formula correction,high temperature to removal PVA and other impurities,and add special material of MoO3 to inhibit the crystal growth.
