摘　　要：在网络时代,涌现出浩瀚的网络作品,凸现出网络著作权保护的一系列问题需要深入研究和认真对待。首先,在界定网络著作权含义的基础上,分析了网络著作权的主要特点。其次,深入地分析了我国在网络著作权保护中存在的一系列问题。最后,针对存在的问题,重点论述了我国为进一步完善和强化网络著作权保护应采取的法律对策。With lots of network works having been produced in the Internet age, there emerged various problems about the protection of internet copyright, which need to be taken seriously and deeply studied. At first, it briefly analyzed the status of legislative protection, judicial protection, collective protection and technical protection to the internet copyright. After that, it deeply analyzed the problems that existed in the process of the internet copyright-- protection. Finally, it intensively suggested that we should further improve and strengthen the legal measures to protect the internet copyright.
