区域可持续发展能力形成的动力机制研究

摘　　要：结合文献研究,在界定区域可持续发展能力概念的基础上,探讨了区域可持续发展能力形成的动力机制,其中,人类需求的变化和需求缺口的消除,起着诱发作用,信息化、新型工业化、市场化、技术进步和制度安排等,起着推进作用,而且在诱发因素与推进因素间还存有相互作用和耦合效应。Based on defining the concept of regional sustainable development capacity{ RSDC}, the driving mech- anism of RSDC formation is researched. In the model, changes and supplements of human needs play a inducing role, the informatization, new industrialization, marketization, technological progress and institutional arrangements play a promoting role, the interactions between inducing factors and promoting factors is also existed.
