摘　　要：从装备科技成果转化的阶段划分、系统运行过程和运行规律等方面揭示了装备科技成果推广转化规律,在借鉴国内外科技成果推广转化的经验和做法的基础上,分保障和实施两个层面研究提出了装备科技成果推广转化的制度框架。This article reveals the taw on popularization and transformation of equipment scientific and technolog ical achievements from three aspects, i. e. , phase partition, system function and running law. On the base of refer ring to internal and external experience and method, the article puts forward frame on popularization and transfor mation system of equipment scientific and technological achievements from ensurence aspect and actualization aspect,
