基于三级评估的精神科优质护理模式构建的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨基于三级评估的精神科优质护理模式的构建。方法将2011年入院治疗的300例精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,在药物治疗的同时,研究组采用基于三级护理评估的新护理模式进行护理,老年患者行全程个性化套餐式护理,对照组行常规护理,分别在初入院、疾病缓解期、康复出院期用NOSIE评分,老年患者加填"护理工作满意度调查表"。结果在疾病缓解期、康复出院期,研究组患者NOSIE评分优于对照组,社会功能、社会兴趣、个人自理能力、总分、总积极分等因子评分,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);对护理工作满意度调查各维度评分比较上,两组老年患者在出入院护理、健康教育、专业素质、责任心评分比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基于三级护理评估的新护理模式,在完善护理细节、给患者充分的预见性干预、加强各级风险管理、老年人群的全程个性化护理等方面做了很好的尝试,促进了患者早日康复。Objective To study the construction of the fine quality nursing service model of psychiatric department on account of three level nursing evaluation.Methods Totally 300 hospitalized schizophrenia patients in psychiatric hospital in Changsha were randomly divided into research group and control group,meanwhile both groups got psychiatric drug treatment,the research group got nursing service of new model based on ＂three level nursing evaluation＂,the senile patients of research group got whole range individuation nursing service,the control group only got the usual care.Patients of both groups had been gived a mark by NOSIE on three assessment time： the begining of hospitalization,disease-free period,rehabilitation discharge period,the senile patient had also been investigated by ＂Nursing service satisfaction questionnaire＂.Results The NOSIE score of research group surpass which of control group during disease-free and rehabilitation discharge period,which was significance on such factors as social function,social interest,self-care ability,total score and total positive points score（P＆lt;0.01）.The senile patients of both groups had significance on such dimension-grade score as hospital nursing,health education and specialty quality（P＆lt;0.01）.Conclusion The fine quality nursing service model of psychiatric department on account of ’three level nursing evaluation has all-right try on such aspects as consummating nursing details,providing sufficient prediction intervention for patients,enhancing each degree risk mangement and the whole range individuation nursing service for the senile patients,result in promoting patients early habilitation.
