摘 要:在简要论述“综合防护”和“综合集成防护”等基本概念内涵的前提下,根据“信息化战争中的作战是基于信息系统的体系作战”的论断,提出“作战体系防护”的概念。作战体系防护(简称“体系防护”)是信息化战争条件下,运用综合集成防护技术构建的与作战体系高度融合并与体系作战任务相适应以有效提高体系作战能力的工程防护体系。作战体系防护强调综合集成防护体系建设要以增强基于信息系统的体系作战能力为目标,将综合集成防护系统与整个作战体系紧密结合,实现防护与作战的高度一体化,切实满足信息化条件下体系作战的需要。The basic concepts of comprehensive protection and integrated protection are expounded briefly. Based on the inference that opertions in informationization war are systems operations based on information systems, this paper puts forward the concept of operations systems protection. Operations systems protection is the engineering protection systems constituted by applying integrated protection technologies that integrates into the operation sys- tems and adapts to the tasks of systems operations to strengthen the systems operations capabilities under the condi- tions of informationization war. Operations systems protection emphasizes that construction of protective engineering systems must take strengthening the systems operations capabilities as objective, and combine integrated protection with systems operations protection to realize the integral whole of protection and operations and to meet the demands of systems operations under the conditions of informationization war.
