化爆条件下防护门反弹效应数值分析

摘  要:采用有限元分析软件对爆炸冲击荷载作用下的平板钢质防护门、拱形钢质防护门、平板钢筋混凝土防护门的反弹效应进行数值仿真,分析材质、结构、荷载等因素对反弹系数的影响。结果表明:门体材质、结构形式、荷载及作用时间等对反弹系数都有显著影响;混凝土门比钢质门反弹系数大;荷载作用时间越短,反弹系数越大;在弹性阶段荷载对反弹系数影响不大,荷载增大导致防护门进入塑性屈服,屈服程度越大,反弹系数越小。In order to analyze the effects of materials, structures, loads and other factors on the rebound coefficient of blast doors, the finite element analysis method is adopted to numerically simulate the rebound effects of flat steel doors, arch steel doors and flat reinforced concrete doors under explosion loads. The results show that the door mate- rials, structures, loads and their acting time have significant effects on the rebound coefficient of blast doors; the re- bound coefficient of reinforced concrete doors is greater than that of steel doors; the shorter the acting time, the big- ger the rebound coefficient; the loads have little effect on the rebound coefficient in the elastic stage. When the load increases enough to lead the door into plastic yield, the greater the yield, the smaller the rebound coefficient.
