摘　　要：根据工作实践总结了在新版病案首页填写过程中经常出现的问题,提出了完善病案首页信息系统,加强医务人员的相关知识培训,提高病案管理人员的业务素质,发挥医院医疗监控部门的监督职能等措施。The errors frequently occurred in filling in the home page of new version of medical records were sum- marized with their solutions put forward, such as perfecting its home page information system, strengthening its re- lated knowledge training, improving the professional level of medical records managers, and bringing into play the supervising functions of medical monitoring departments.
