MRI结合MSCT对小儿脊柱神经管闭合不全的诊断价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨MRI结合MSCT对小儿脊柱神经管闭合不全的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析作者所在医院治疗的52例小儿脊柱神经管闭合不全患儿病例资料,随机分为两组,联合检查组应用MRI结合MSCT检查辅助诊断,MSCT组只应用MSCT检查辅助诊断,并与患儿手术术中诊断进行比较。结果联合检查组患者MRI结合MSCT检查辅助诊断与术中诊断符合率为100%,所有患者均根据术前影像诊断分析疾病明确诊断,并制定针对手术治疗方案,顺利完成手术治疗。MSCT组诊断与术中诊断符合率为84.6%(22/26)。两组诊断符合率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MRI结合MSCT诊断小儿脊柱神经管闭合不全的诊断率高,可全方位观察患儿脊柱神经管闭合情况,为手术治疗提供了可靠的依据。Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of MRI with MSCT for pediatric spinal neural tube closure insufficiency.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the 52 cases of children with pediatric spinal neural tube closure insufficiency, who were treated in Boa/hospital,and randomly divided into two groups,unite inspective group and MSCT group.In the unite inspective group the cases were inspected by MRI combined with MSCT,in the MSCT group the cases were inspected by MSCT,comparing the results with intraoperative diagnosis.Results The diagnosis of unite inspective group was entirely consistent with intraoperative diagnosis.All patients were diagnosed according to preoperative imaging analysis,and developed the surgery treatment, successfully completed surgery. The Coincidence rate of the diagnosis of MSCT group and intraoperative diagnosis was 84.6%（22~26）,The difference of the Diagnosis coincidence rate between the two groups was obviously,there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conelusion In the diagnosis of pediatric spinal neural tube closure insufficiency,the rate of successful diagnosis is high,by MRI combined with MSCT,can help mediciner comprehensive observe Spinal neural tube of the patients,and provide a reliable basis for the surgical treatment.
