抗HLA-I/II抗体、抗心磷脂抗体和抗β2糖蛋白1抗体与不孕和流产的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨抗HLA-I/II抗体、抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)和抗β2糖蛋白1(β2GP1)抗体与不孕和流产的关系。方法选取2011～2012年在本院就诊的不孕症患者550例、复发性流产患者1650例和正常分娩者150例。对各组分别进行抗HLA-I/II抗体、抗心磷脂抗体和抗β2GP1抗体检测,并将阳性率进行比较。结果不孕组抗HLA-I/II阴性率、ACA和抗β2GP1阳性率分别为76.0%、19.3%和17.5%;RSA组抗HLA-I/II阴性率、ACA和抗β2GP1阳性率分别为85.0%、23.5%和22.7%;均显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论抗HLA-I/II抗体、抗心磷脂抗体和抗β2GP1抗体是引起不孕和复发性流产的重要因素。Objective To investigate the relationship between anti-HLA-I/II antibodies, anticardiolipin antibodies, anti-β2GP1 antibodies and infertility, recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods Selected 550 patients with infertility, 1650 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion and 150 normal deliveries between 2011 and 2012 in our hospital in accordance with the a certain principles of income group. All patients were given anti- HLA-I/II antibodies, anticardiolipin and anti-β2GP1 antibodies detection, negative rate of anti-HLA-I/II antibodies, anticardiolipin antibody and antiβ~2GP1 antibody positive rates were compared. Results Negative rate of anti-HLA-I/II antibodies in infertility and RSA group, anticardiofipin and anti-~2GP1 antibody positive rate was higher than those in control group, differences were significant, （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Anti-HLA-I/II antibodies, anticardiolipin antibodies, anti-β2GPl antibodies are important factors of infertility and RSA.
