经尿道电切加膀胱药物灌注治疗50例腺性膀胱炎的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道电切加膀胱药物灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎的临床疗效。方法 100例腺性膀胱炎患者,随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组给予尿道电切术治疗,观察组给予尿道电切加膀胱药物灌注治疗。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率72.00%高于对照组52.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道电切加膀胱药物灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎患者疗效可靠。Objective To study the clinical effect of transurethral resection and bladder instillation of treatment of cystitis glandularis. Method 100 cases of cystitis glandularis patients, were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with transurethral resection. Observation group were treated with transurethral resection and bladder instillation of drug. Results After treatment, the observation group the total effective rate was 72% higher than 52% in the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Transurethral transurethral resection of bladder instillation of drug treatment of cystitis glandularis patients curative effect is reliable.
