摘　　要：目的回顾性分析本院长途转诊创伤患者的院前急救护理情况,为长途转诊急救护理服务提供经验参考。方法采用描述性统计回顾分析本院急诊科在2012年3月～2012年10月接诊的280车/次长途转诊创伤患者的院前急救护理情况。结果派出救护车长途转运280车/次均顺利转入本院。研究期间,本院长途转诊无任何医疗纠纷及安全责任事故发生。结论院急诊科长途转诊创伤患者的院前急救护理经验值得参考。Objective Retrospective analysis of our hospital long-dist^ce referral trauma patients pre- hospital emergency care, and provide emergency care for long-distance referral service experience reference ~ Methods Descriptive statistics were retrospectively analyzed emergency department in March 2012 to Oct 2012 in 280 admissions car / long distance referral trauma patients pre-hospital emergency care. Results They were successfully transferred to our hospital ambulance call transporter 280 cars . During the study period, the Court long distance referral without any medical malpractice accidents and safety responsibilities. Conclusion Hospital emergency department long-distance the referral trauma patients pre-hospital emergency care experience worth considering.
