摘　　要：分析了针对蹦床项目运动员早期训练阶段应注意的几个理论和实践问题。着重注意选材问题,身体素质训练问题,训练内容的多样性和训练手段的选择性,从而有效地提高运动成绩,为进入高水平训练做好准备。This paper Analyzes several theoretical and practical problems should be paid attention to the trampoline athletes training in the early stage, material selection, physical training, the diversity of training content and training methods of selectivity should be focused on, to effectively improve performance, and prepare to enter the high level of training.
