摘 要:观察在不同游泳训练强度对大鼠骨骼肌生长的影响,并检测PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号蛋白的活性表达,以进一步探讨运动促进肌肉生长提供相关的细胞分子机制。研究结果表明适宜的游泳训练负荷能促进大鼠骨骼肌的生长。适宜负荷游泳训练能诱导PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号蛋白磷酸化表达,促进骨骼肌蛋白合成。Skeletal muscle growth is a complex regulatory process, affected by a variety of factors.Studies have shown that exercise training can make the appropriate muscle fiber diameter and increase number, the corresponding increase in skeletal muscle mass and contraction forces are, but the hyperplasia molecular mechanism is not clear. Observed skeletal muscle growth in different swimming training intensity, and to detect the expression of the PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling proteins activity, in order to further explore the movement to promote muscle growth provides the cellular and molecular mechanisms. The research results show that the appropriate swim training load can promote the growth of rat skeletal muscle. The appropriate load swimming training able to induce' the PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling protein phosphorylation expression, promote synthesis of muscle protein.
