胃复春片与增生平片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨胃复春片与增生平片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生的临床疗效和安全性。方法经内镜诊断为慢性萎缩性胃炎,且病理检查诊断为慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生的患者55例,随机分成两组,胃复春片组28例,增生平片组27例。所有患者均行慢性胃炎一般治疗,并发幽门螺杆菌感染患者同时行清除幽门螺杆菌治疗。胃复春组口服胃复春片,每次4片,每天3次,温开水送服,坚持服用3个月。增生平片组口服增生平片每次6片,每天2次,温开水送服,坚持服用3个月。比较两组患者胃黏膜病理学检查改变及不良反应。结果胃复春片和增生平片治疗后患者胃黏膜病理检查均有所改善。胃复春片组有效率为67.9%(19/28),增生平片组有效率为77.8%(21/27),两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。且均无不良反应发生。结论胃复春片与增生平片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生均有效果,疗效相似,且安全性良好,但若考虑治疗费用,则胃复春片更易于推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Weifuchun Tablets and Zengshengping Tablets in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis complicating intestinal metaplasia. Methods 55 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis diagnosed by endoscopy and chronic atrophic gastritis complicating intestinal metaplasia diagnosed by pathological examination, were randomly divided into two groups：the Weifuchun Tablets group （n=28） and the Zengshengping Tablets group （n=27）. All the patients underwent the general treatment of chronic gastritis, the patients with complicating Helicobacter pylori infection were si- multaneously performed the Helicobacter pylori clearance treatment. The Weifuchun Tablets group took oral Weifuchun Tablets 4 tablets per time by warm water, three times a day for persisting 3 months. The Zengshengping Tablets group took Zengshengping Tablets 6 tablets per time by warm water,twice a day for persisting 3 months. The changes of gastric mucosal pathological exami- nation and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The changes of gastric mucosal pathological exam- ination in the two groups were improved to some extent. The effective rate was 67.9% （19/28）in the Weifuchun Tablets group and 77.8% （21/27） in Zengshengping Tablets group,the difference between the two groups showed no statistical significance （P〉 0.05）. No adverse reactions occurred in 2 groups. Conclusion Weifuchun Tablets and Zengshengping Tablets are effective in treating chronic atrophic gastritis complicating intestinal metaplasia and have the similar efficacy with better safety. Considering to the cost. Weifuchun Tablets is easier to be promoted.
