门诊口服抗高血压药合理应用分析

摘　　要：目的调查分析2009—2011年该院门诊口服抗高血压药的应用状况和合理性。方法利用医院信息系统门诊药房管理子系统,对门诊口服抗高血压药处方进行回顾性分析。以药品说明书、《新编药物学》第16版、2007年欧洲高血压治疗指南为标准,采用世界卫生组织推荐的限定日剂量方法、用药频度法对门诊口服抗高血压药处方的使用情况进行统计分析。结果 2009—2011年该院门诊抗高血压药使用情况基本合理,但还存在一些问题,如利尿药的应用偏少。结论为提高临床合理用药水平,促进临床合理用药,临床医生和药师应遵循降压药物治疗指南,熟练掌握药物的作用机制。Objective To investigate the clinical application situation and the rationality of oral antihypertensive drugs in outpateins. Methods The outpatient prescriptions of oral antihypertensive drugs were retrospectively analyzed by using the phar- macy subsystem of hospital information system. Taking the drugs instructions ,New Pharmacology （16th edition） and the Europe Hypertension Treatment Guidelines in 2007 as the standard ,the use situations of oral antihypertensive drugs in the outpatient pre- scriptions were analyzed according to the defined daily dose method and the frequency of drug use recommended by WHO. Re- suits The use of oral antihypertensive drugs in hospital was basically rational, but some problems still existed, such as the few applications of diuretics. Conclusion To improve the level of rational drug use and promote clinical rational drug use, the clini- cians and pharmacists should follow the antihypertensive drug treatment guidelines and skillfully master the action mechanisms of antihypertensive drugs.
