摘　　要：目的探讨多抹棒(Dermabond)在小儿疝手术切口粘合中的有效性和安全性。方法选择小儿疝手术患儿86例按单双法随机分两组:粘合组(43例)皮肤切口予以多抹棒粘合,缝合组(43例)皮肤切口按传统方法予以丝线缝合。观察术口长度、术后切口红肿及疼痛程度、愈合情况、美观效果、换药次数以及住院时间及费用。结果两组比较,粘合组切口疼痛及局部红肿发生率低(粘合组3例,缝合组25例,χ2=23.353 4,P<0.05),切口及针眼瘢痕不明显(P<0.05)。切口甲级愈合率两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。人均换药次数、术后住院时间及平均住院费用,粘合组均低于缝合组(P<0.05)。结论应用多抹棒作为小儿疝手术关闭皮肤切口的一种方法,切口愈合好,术后不需换药,可明显减轻术后患儿心理负担和医院护理压力、减少住院时间及费用,值得大力推广。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Dermabond for bonding operative incision in infantile herniotomy. Methods 86 infants with hemiotomy admitted to this hospital were selected and randomly divided into the Der- mabond group （n=43） by using Dermabond for incision bonding and the suture group （n=43） by using traditional suture to close the incision.The indexes like incision length,pain degree,redness and swelling of postoperative incison,beautiful outlook of wound, healing status of incision, times of dressing change, hospitalization duration and expenses were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Incision pain,local redness and swelling occurred in 3 cases in the Dermabond bonding group and 25 cases in the suture group, showing that the the incidence rate of incision pain, local redness and swelling in the Dermabond bonding group was lower than that in the suture group （x2=23.353 4, P〈0.05 ）, incision and needle scar in the Dermabond bonding group were unconspicuous （P〈0.05）. The difference of the class A healing rate between the two groups had no statistical signifi- cance （P〉0.05）. The dressing change times per capita, hospitalization duration and expenses in the Dermabond group were low- er than those in the suture group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dermabond as a method for ineisional closure in infantile herniotomy has good incision healing without postoperative dressing change,can obviously alleviate the patient＇s postoperative psychological burden and nursing stress, reduce the hospital stay duration and expenses, so it is worthy of vigorous promotion and application.
