摘　　要：目的调查分析产褥期妇女掌握婴幼儿喂养及疾病预防知识的现状。方法在参考大量文献的基础上结合当地实际情况自行设计调查表,采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取419例产褥期妇女作为研究对象,逐一进行自填式问卷调查。结果 419例产褥期妇女对婴幼儿喂养及疾病预防知识总知晓率为37.06%,其中仅有4.06%知道果汁或蔬菜汁的添加时间,11.69%了解预防佝偻病的措施,13.13%知道开始断奶的时间,18.62%知道首选辅食,42.48%了解预防缺铁性贫血的措施。产褥期妇女对婴幼儿喂养及疾病预防知识的认知情况基本呈城市大于乡镇和农村的趋势。结论产褥期妇女掌握婴幼儿喂养及疾病预防知识水平普遍较低,相关部门需针对性加强产褥期妇女的健康教育工作,尤其应以农村及乡镇产褥期妇女为重点对象,大力普及育儿知识,增强该群体对婴幼儿的保健能力,提高婴幼儿健康水平。Objective To analyze the current situation of infant and child feeding and mastering the disease prevention knowledge in puerperal women. Methods On the basis of referring to a large number of literature and in combination with local practical conditions, the self-designed questionnaire was designed. 419 puerperal womeu in Nanchong as the study subjects were sampled by the cluster random sampling method and performed the self-administered questionnaire survey one by one. Results The total awareness rate of the disease prevention knowledge and infant and child feeding in 419 puerperal women was 37.06%, and only 4.06% of respondents knew that the time to add fruit juice or vegetable juice ; 11.69% of respondents understood the preventive measure to rickets; 13.13% of respondents knew the time to wean; 18.62% of respondents knew what was dietary sup- plement to the infant and 42.48% knew the preventive measure to iron deficiency anemia. The awareness situation of the disease prevention knowledge and infant and child feeding in puerperal women basically showed the trend of urban area more than vil- lages, towns and rural areas. Conclusion The knowledge level of puerperal women in infant and child feeding and disease pre- vention is generally low, and the relevant departments should targetedly strengthen the health education to puerperal women, espe- cially to the women in rural areas and towns, and vigorously spread the parenting knowledge to increase the health care ability to infants and children in this group and improve the health levels of infants and children.
