我院住院药房退药情况分析及对策

摘　　要：目的分析新疆医科大学第一附属医院住院药房退药情况,并提出相应的对策。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对我院2011年7-12月住院药房3 985张退药明细单中的退药金额、退药原因、退药品种及退药频次等情况进行分析。结果退药品种以注射液为主,排在前3位的为注射用拉氧头孢钠(0.25g/支)、吸入用布地奈德混悬液(2mL/支)及头孢替安注射液(0.5g/支);退药金额较大,平均每月26万元,其中以8月份最高,占发药金额的1.06%;退药原因主要为患者拒用(29.10%)、病人出院(16.41%)及医嘱录入错误(14.50%);退药频次前3位的科室依次为普通外科(17.52%)、综合内科(6.62%)及儿科(6.52%)。结论我院各科室都有退药情况,且数量大、品种多,医院应加大退药管理力度,保证患者用药安全、有效。Objective To analyze the reasons for the drug return of inpatients in the First Affiliated Hospi-tal of Xinjiang Medical Unversity and to put forward the countermeasures. Methods 3 985 application lists for the drug return in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical Unversity from July to Decem-ber of 2011 was analyzed retrospectively in terms of the amount of money, types of drugs, causes and fre-quency of returning. Results The major part were injectable drugs,among which Timolol Ling （0.25 g/）, Pulmicort （2 mL/） and Amine eephalosporin for injection （0.5 g/） ranked in top three. The large amount of money for the returning drugs reached about 260,000 yuan per month, with Augustrs amount being the highest, accounting for 1.06% of the total. The main reasons for the drug returning are patientst refusal （28.86%）, dishcharging （16.16%） and entry errors （14.25%）. The first three sections where the drugs returned most are General surgery （17. 52%）, integrated medicine （6. 62%） and paediatries （6. 52%）. Conclusion Drug returning happens in almost all the sections of the mentioned hospital, involving a large amount and types of drugs. The control of drug returning should be strengthened so that the safety and ef-ficiency of the drugs can be ensured.
