摘　　要：针对电加热炉温控制系统的滞后特性,提出了基于组态技术实现的Bang-Bang及PID双模控制方法,实现对电加热炉温度控制系统的快速响应和精确控制。通过实验结果表明该控制系统响应速度快,控制精度高。To lag characteristics for electric heating furnace temperature control system,this paper put forward the Bang-Bang and PID dual-mode control method based on configuration technology,Achieve rapid response and accurate control for electric heating furnace temperature control system.The experimental results show that the control system has quick re- sponse speed,high control accuracy.
