摘　　要：局部放电数据是反映电气设备绝缘状态和工作状态的重要电气特征量。阐述了基于Struts+Spring+Hibernate框架的局部放电数据分析管理系统的设计和实现,介绍了系统框架结构和基本功能。对局部放电数据进行分析,判断电气设备的绝缘状态,为电气设备的运行维护提供科学依据。Partial discharge data is an important electrical characteristic which reflect the electrical equipment insulation status and working status.This paper discusses the management system design and implementation of the partial discharge data anal- ysis which based on Struts ＋ Spring ＋ Hibernate framework,and introduces the structure of the system,basic functions.Anal- ysis of partial discharge data,determine the insulation of the electrical equipment,to provide scientific basis for the operation of the electrical equipment maintenance.
