摘 要:目的:观察布渣叶水煎液对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠血脂及血液流变的影响。方法:采用高脂饮食法制备非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠模型,48只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、非诺贝特组、布渣叶水煎液组,分别给予生理盐水、非诺贝特、布渣叶水煎灌服。检测各组大鼠血清和肝组织TC、TG、肝指数及血液流变学指标。结果:布渣叶水煎液可降低血清和肝组织TC、TG及肝指数,降低血液黏度。结论:布渣叶水煎液对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠血脂及血液流变学指标有改善作用。Objective:To observe the effect of water extract of Microcos paniculata on blood lipid and hemorheology of nonalcoholic fatty liverrats.Method:Nonalcoholic fatty liverrat models were made with high-fat diet.48 wistar male rats were divided into 4 groups randomly,the normal control group,the model control group,fenofibrategroup and water extract of Microcos paniculata group.They were gavaged with normal saline,fenofibrate and water extract of Microcos paniculata respectively.The liver index TC,TG in serum and liver tissue and hemorheology index of each group were detected.Result:The water extract of Microcos paniculata could decrease the liver index TC,TG in serum and liver tissue and decrease blood viscosity.Conclusion:The water extract of Microcos paniculata has improvement effect on blood lipid and hemorheology index of nonalcoholic fatty liverrats.
