参苓益胃胶囊药效学及急性毒性研究

摘　　要：目的:观察参苓益胃胶囊的药效学及急性毒性。方法:给大鼠及小鼠灌服参苓益胃胶囊供试液,以大鼠实验性慢性胃炎为病理模型,观察其慢性胃炎的药理作用。用小鼠肠蠕动实验观察对在体小肠蠕动功能的影响以及对气滞胀满的作用。用小鼠大剂量灌胃法观察其急性毒性作用。结果:参苓益胃胶囊可使大鼠胃酸酸度显著回升,高、中剂量组大鼠血清胃泌素显著下降,高剂量组大鼠的胃蛋白酶活性显著回升,小鼠肠蠕动模型墨汁推进距离显著增加。灌胃未出现动物死亡或异常表现。结论:参苓益胃胶囊可使实验性慢性胃炎模型大鼠相应病理指标朝趋于正常值方向呈显著性改善,小鼠肠蠕动功能显著增强,提示有治疗慢性胃炎和改善胃腹气滞胀满的药理作用,且无明显急性毒性反应。Objective：To observe Pharmacodynamics and acute toxicity of Shenling Yiwei Capsule.Method：Rats and mice were gavaged with Shenling Yiwei Capsule.Pharmacodynamics on the experimental chronic gastritis rats was observed based on the pathological model.The effect on the small intestine peristalsis function and the effect on Qi stagnation and distention were observed based on the peristalsis experiment of mice.The acute toxicity was observed based on high dose gavage method on mice.Result：Shenling Yiwei Capsule could make the gastric acidity of rats increase significantly,the serum gastrin of rats in high dose and middle dose group decrease significantly,the pepsin activity of rats in high dose group increase significantly and the ink pushing distance lengthen significantly in mice model of peristalsis.There was no death or abnormal manifestation of animals after gavage.Conclusion： Shenling Yiwei Capsule could improve corresponding pathological indexes of experimental chronic gastritis model rats and enhance the peristalsis of mice significantly,which suggested that it had pharmacological action of treating chronic gastritis and improve Qi stagnation and distention of the stomach without obvious acute toxicity.
