摘　　要：研究了复合绝缘子端部金具连接区界面密封材料和工艺。指出密封材料用 HTV代替 RTV,手工密封改为机械高温密封 ,不仅能克服人为因素对产品质量带来的不稳定性 ,而且能确保复合绝缘子运行的可靠性 。The material and technology of sealing on interface of composite insulator with end fitting is studied.It is presented that substitution of HTV for RTV as sealing material, and substitution mechanical sealing process at high temperature for hand making sealing can not only avoid quality unstability caused by man made processing but also ensure the operation reliability of composite insulators meanwhile enhancing the productivity.
