摘  要:针对目前带壁板钢结构传统设计中不考虑壁板侧向刚度从而导致经济性不佳的问题,以某石化行业加热炉钢结构为工程背景,提出了考虑壁板作用的加热炉钢结构设计方法。讨论了壁板与周围构件的连接方式、壁板加劲肋的合理布置和构造措施、框架柱计算长度系数的取值方法等关键设计问题。结果显示应力比控制在0.85以内(框架柱0.75)时,新设计方法与传统设计方法相比,结构用钢量可以节省20%。In traditional design,steel panel is taken as enclosing structure without consideration of its lateral stiffness for steel frames with steel panel.To avoid the inefficiency brought by this design method,this paper proposes design method of steel structure when role of steel panel in lateral force resisting is taken into account.Take a heating furnace in petrochemical industry as the engineering project,some key design issues such as connection between steel panel and steel frame,reasonable distribution and configuration of stiffener,effective length factor of frame column are discussed.And the design results show that when stress ratio is controlled under 0.85(0.75for frame column),20% of steel consumption with the new design method discussed in this paper could be saved in comparison with the traditional design.
