摘 要:延迟焦化装置加热炉在检修后的开车过程中发现炉管辐射段注汽处大量蒸汽泄漏,综合分析结果表明,炉管位移受限、炉管弯曲产生外力、焊缝及热影响区的材料、热脆等是引起炉管注汽点断裂的因素。针对硬度不符合要求问题,严格制定焊接施工方案,对断口焊缝重新热处理,将注汽线穿出炉壁板的孔由圆形改为椭圆形,针对结焦问题实施精细操作等,消除了安全隐患,保证了焦化炉的可靠性。A large amount of steam leaked from the steam injection line of radiation section of the furnace tube during the start-up process of delayed coking furnace after its overhaul.The comprehensive analytical results show that the furnace tube displacement is limited and a force is created in the heated furnace tube.They also show that the material in weld and in heat affected zone are not up to the requirements and hot brittleness and shock load cause the fracture of the steam injection line of the delayed cooking furnace.In order to meet material hardness requirements,a strict welding procedure is set down.Heat treatment is applied again for the broken weld and the round hole for steam injection line going through furnace wall is changed to oval shape to allow furnace tube displacement.The process operation is intensively controlled to avoid coking as much as possible,which eliminates hidden dangers and guarantees the equipment reliability.
