摘　　要：催化裂化装置烟气轮机入口阀包括切断阀和调节阀两类,包括气动铸造式和电液单面金属硬密封焊接式高温平板闸阀、台阶式和三偏心高温蝶阀以及新研制应用的偏心凸轮轴高温切断型蝶阀等型式。文章从结构特点、密封性能、应用状况等方面进行了分析比较,并对阀门的配置提出了建议。Cut-off valve and control valve are used in the inlet duct of flue gas turbine for CCU.These valves include pneumatic cast flatplate gate valve,electrohydraulic single metalseal welding flat-plate gate valve,terraced butterfly valve,triple eccentric butterfly valve and a new type of cut-off butterfly valve with eccentric camshaft.This article analyzes and compares the characteristics and differences among these types of valves from valve structure,seal performance and application situation.It then proposes recommendation for configuration and type selection of valves.
