摘 要:通过阳逻电厂 1999年 4月 17日母线保护误动事故 ,分析了中阻抗母差保护在母线故障时差动回路存在的高电压而导致非故障母线差动保护误动的问题 ,提出了改善差动回路参数解决过电压的方案 ,认为当中阻抗保护用于双母线系统时 ,由于其二次回路极其复杂而易造成母线保护系统可靠性降低 ,继电保护工作者应十分重视二次回路的完好性。The accident that the bus protection of Yangluo coal-fired power station maloperated on April 17. 1999 isintroduced. The reason that the bus protection of non-fault bus operated for the existing of high voltage in differential circuitin the fault bus is analyzed. The countermeasures for solving high voltage in differential circuit are discussed. Thesecountermeasures such as improving the level of operation for bus protection. reducing the impedance of the differential circuitand checking the setting value and the equipment of the bus protection carefully are proven right and effective. Finally. it ispointed out that the reliability of mid-impedance bus protection for double bus system will be weakened since the secondarycircuits are more complex. so the health condition of the secondary circuits must be taken seriously.
