摘　　要：目的:探讨布鲁氏杆菌病的治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析大同市第四人民医院2010年12月到2013年1月收治132例布鲁氏菌病患者的临床资料,对其临床表现及治疗方法进行分析。结果:本组132例患者经2～4个月的正规药物治疗,121例临床治愈,5例好转。结论:对布鲁氏菌病患者使用胸腺肽联合多种抗生素进行治疗有较为显著的效果。Objective： To sum up the treatment methods of brucellosis. Methods： The data of 132 patients infected with brucellosis were retrospectively analysed from December, 2010 to January, 2013 and so did the clinical reaction and means of treatment of this group. Results： As a result of the 4 -6 months regular medicine treatment for the 132 patients, there were 121 cases cured and 5 cases improved. Conclusion： To cure the patients infected with brucellosis, the thymic peptide combined with me antibiotics will produce conspicuous effect.
