消渴降糖胶囊中总黄酮含量测定

摘　　要：目的:建立消渴降糖胶囊中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法:采用硝酸铝比色法测定消渴降糖胶囊中总黄酮的含量。结果:按照优选的提取与含量测定方法,在500 nm波长处测得所提供的3批消渴降糖胶囊的总黄酮平均含量不少于74.76 mg/g。结论:建立了消渴降糖胶囊中总黄酮的含量测定方法,该方法简单方便,准确可靠,重现性好。Objective： To establish a method for the determination of the content of total flavone in the blood-sugar reducing capsule. Method： Aluminum nitrate colorimetric was adopted to determine the total flavone in the blood-sugar reducing capsule. Results： Average content of total flavonoids of the three batches of Diabetes Hypoglycemic Capsules should be no less than 74.76 mg/g measured at 500nm wavelength in accordance with the preferred method of extraction and determination. Conclusion： Diabetes Hypoglycemic Capsules Flavonoids, the method is simple and convenient, also accurate and reliable with good reproducibility.
