摘　　要：石脑油是乙烯装置的重要原料,对烷烃含量不同的石脑油进行PONA值全组成分析,在统一的裂解炉运行条件下进行模拟,建立裂解产物市场价格体系模型,计算吨原料经乙烯装置裂解后的产物总价值。通过变换裂解炉出口温度,得出最佳裂解深度。数据显示,烷烃含量越高经济价值越好,裂解深度最佳点显示丙烯乙烯比在当前市场价格体系下最佳为0.58左右。Naphtha is an important feedstock to ethylene plant. Based on the detailed PONA composition analysis of naphtha,this article simulates the operation of cracking furnace,puts the simulation data into the mathematical economic model of ethylene plant, changes the coil outlet temperature of the furnace,and gets the economic curve. The higher the proportion of paraffin in naphtha is, the higher the value of naphtha is. The best propylene to ethylene ratio is 0. 58.
