先进控制在乙烯和丙烯精馏塔中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了先进控制技术在乙烯和丙烯精馏系统的应用情况。先进控制系统的投用,显著提高了精馏系统的运行稳定性,乙烯产品摩尔分数从99.96%降低为99.95%,塔釜损失的乙烯摩尔分数从0.077%下降为0.042%;丙烯产品摩尔分数从99.58%降低为99.51%,塔釜损失的丙烯摩尔分数从8.1%降低为4.3%。实现了乙烯、丙烯产品的"卡边"控制和塔釜物料组成有效控制,减少了乙烯、丙烯损失,提高了产品回收率、降低了装置能耗。This paper introduces the application of advanced process control technology in ethylene and propylene distillation column. The service of this technology enhances the operation stability of rectification column,lowers the ethylene purity from 99. 96% to 99. 95% ,reduces the content of ethylene at the bottom of distillation column from 0. 077% to 0. 042% ,lowers the propylene purity from 99. 58% to 99. 51% ,reduces the content of propylene at the bottom of distillation column from 8. 1% to 4. 3% ,realizes close-loop control and reduces the loss of top and bottom products to reach expected product yield and realize energy saving.
