摘　　要：网络舆情作为一种伴随着互联网的发展而新兴的游离于主流现实言论环境以外的信息表达渠道,在高校大学生群体中广泛运用,影响深远。网络舆情具有自由性、隐蔽性、突发性、盲动性、深刻性等特征,与高校大学生相结合,使思想政治教育工作日趋复杂化。如何正确认识和科学管理高校网络舆情,切实发挥网络舆情的正面效应,已成为当前高校面临的一个现实课题。With the development of the Internet, the online public opinion emerges as a way of conve- ying information free from the mainstream consensus environment in reality, which is widely employed by college students and has its far-reaching influence. With its characteristics of freedom, concealment, suddenness, blindness and profundity, it further complicates the ideological and political education in universities. It has become a practical issue for universities how to correctly understand and scientifically handle the university online public opinion so as to magnify its positive effects.
