中医辩证综合治疗慢性膝关节渗出性滑膜炎的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨中医辩证综合治疗慢性膝关节惨出性滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法将2007年8月至2012年8月入住我院的100例慢性膝关节渗出性滑膜炎患者随机地均分为对照组与观察组,各为50例。对照组给予传统的中药治疗,观察组在此基础上给予中医辨证治疗,并与膝关节封闭、穿刺相结合,对比两组患者治疗的疗效、关节肿胀程度以及膝关节HSS评分。结果①观察组总有效率为96.0%,明显高于对照组(78.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②两组患者治疗后肿胀程度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);③观察组治疗后HSS得分(92±6)分,明显高于对照组(76±4)分,二者差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中医辩证综合治疗慢性膝关节渗出性滑膜炎的临床疗效显著,能够明显改善患者膝关节功能,应在临床上加以推广并应用。Objective To explore the the Chinese dialectical comprehensive treatment of chronic knee badly out of synovitis clinical efficacy. Methods 100 cases of patients with chronic exudative synovitis of the knee were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group during 2007.08-2012.08, each of the group was 50 cases. The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, and the observation group was treated with Chinese dialectical method on basis of the control group. And treated the patients with closing the knee, puncture combined, the efficacy of the treatment, the degree of joint swelling and knee HSS score were compared between the two groups. Results （1）The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.0%, which was higher than that of the control group （78.0%） , there existed a statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.05） ; （2） The was a statistical difference of the degree of swelling after treatment between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ） ; （3）HSS score was （92±6） of the observation group after treatment, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （76±4） ], and there was a statistical difference between the two groups （P〈 0.01 ） . Conclusions The clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine dialectical treatment of chronic exudative synovitis of the knee was obvious, and it could significantly improve knee function in patients, and it should be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
