摘  要:目的研讨分析糖尿病母亲婴儿血糖与心功能变化的关系。方法随机选取2008年9月至2012年9月收治的糖尿病孕妇以及健康妊娠孕妇各50例,均进行血糖检查,并对观察组糖尿病孕妇给予必要的孕期干预,对两组孕妇分娩的婴儿在出生后3个月均进行血糖与心功能检测,比较两组婴儿血糖和心功能情况,并分析血糖与心功能的关系。结果观察组空腹血糖与果糖胺水平较之对照组均相对更高(P<0.05);观察组婴儿TNT与CK-MB水平相对更高,在LVIDD以及LVISD、二尖瓣E/A、三尖瓣E/A上均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论婴儿血糖异常与心功能异常变化存在重要的相关性,对糖尿病母亲血糖检测异常婴儿应及时进行心功能检测,并给予合理的干预措施,以减少婴儿发生临床意外的可能性。Objective To study the relationship between the changes of blood glucose and cardiac function in infants of diabetic mothers. Method Randomly selected from 2008 September to 2012 September were diabetic pregnant women and healthy pregnant women 50 cases each, were blood sugar test, and give the necessary intervention during pregnancy on the observation group of pregnant women with diabetes mellitus, two groups of pregnant women delivery of the baby at 3 months after birth were glucose and heart function detection, compared two groups of infants glucose and heart function, and analysis of blood sugar and heart function. Results In the observation group, fasting plasma glucose and fructosamine levels compared with the control group were higher (P〈0.05); observation group of infant TNT and CK-MB level is relatively high, there are significant differences in LVIDD, E/A and LVISD of mitral valve, three tricuspid E/A ( P〈0.05 ). Conclusion The baby blood glucose abnormalities and abnormal cardiac function change in the presence of significant correlation, on blood glucose in diabetic mother baby should be timely detection of abnormal heart function detection, and gives the reasonable intervention measures, in order to reduce the possibility of infant clinical accident.
