摘　　要：目的建立肾炎清片中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC-ELSD法测定肾炎清片中黄芪甲苷的含量;色谱柱为AgilentZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(35∶65);流速为1.0mL/min;柱温为40℃。结果黄芪甲苷在0.4004～4.004mg线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为96.11%(RSD=1.14%)。结论本方法结果准确可靠,重复性好,操作简便。Objetive To establish a method for the determination of astragaloside IV in Shenyanqing Tabletes. Mehhod HPLC -ELSD method was developed for the determination of astragaloside IV in Shenyanqing Yabletes. The chromatographic column was Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 （4.6mm×150mm, 5pro） ; The mobile phase was acetonitrile- H20 （35 ： 65） with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. Results astragaloside IVshowed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.4004-4.004mg, （r=0.9999） . the average recovery was 96.11% （RSD =1.14%） . Conclusion This method is reliable and simple with good repeatability.
