摘  要:对高强贝氏体钢在拉伸检测过程中影响测定RP0.2准确性的检测方法、检测设备和检测材料三个因素进行了分析。通过严格控制检测材料加工的平行度和加工面的平整度,及时更换磨损过度的钳口套和钳口并保证充分润滑,有效的解决了力学拉伸曲线紊乱,不能准确测定高强贝氏体钢非比例延伸强度RP0.2的问题。Effect of The measurement method and measurement equipments and test sample on accuracy of test RP0.2 of high strength bainitic steel in process of mechanical tensile were analyzed. Through strictly control machining depth of parallelism and evenness of machining surface of test sample and timely replace and adequately lubricate excessively abraded fixture of clamp and clamp, the questions which disordered curve chart of mechanical tensile and unable accurately test the proof strength at non-proportional extension RP0.2 of high strength bainitic steel were availably solved.
