超支化聚酰胺-胺合成及其荧光性质的研究

摘  要:通过"一步法"制备超支化聚酰胺-胺,并对其荧光性能进行测试。发现在原有370/450 nm基础上,在300/370 nm处出现另一组荧光峰,荧光寿命测试对这一发现做了验证。同时研究了温度对其荧光性质的影响,发现300/370 nm荧光发射基团对温度较为敏感,在40℃加热处理后荧光团结构发生转变,最终转变为370/450 nm。初步研究了金属离子(Cr3+、Mn2+、Fe3+、Co2+、Ni2+、Cu2+)配位对荧光性能的影响,发现少量金属离子的加入,对荧光有一定的影响,Fe3+具有显著的荧光淬灭效应,Cr3+也使荧光强度降低。与此同时,超支化聚酰胺-胺与罗丹明B混合物的复合荧光做了初步探讨。值得注意的是,实验过程中发现其荧光发射峰在原来单峰基础上变为两组荧光发射峰,而且在紫外灯下观察到白色荧光,对于白色荧光报道较少,有待于进一步研究。Hyperbranched poly(amido amine) was made by one-step polymerization.In the process of polymerization,tracked the tested change of the sample's fluorescence properties,the fluorescence emission summit in ultraviolet had been decreased with longer reaction time,the fluorescence emission summit in visible region had been increased with longer reaction time.Detected the sample's fluorescence properties after the coordination reaction between the samples and the different metal ions(Cr3+,Mn2+,Fe3+,Co+,Ni2+,Cu2+),when add a few metal ions,the fluorescent intensities changed differently.Fe3+ led to a significant quenching of fluorescence,Cr3+ could reduce the fluorescent intensities.At the same time,when the sample mixed with the Rhodamine B,the fluorescence emission spectra appeared two peaks' after mixing,which respectively correspond to the two peaks' positions of fluorescence emission before mixing,but all the intensities changed.
