摘　　要：建立微波消解火焰原子吸收法测定七种抗癌中草药中K、Na、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu、Cr8种元素的方法。探讨了微波消解试剂和消解条件,0.5g样品用8mL硝酸和2mL过氧化氢分解。结果表明,该法准确、快速、简便,8种金属元素的检出范围为0.006～0.035μg/mL;线性关系良好,相关系数r≥0.9990;回收率为96.00%～103.98%;RSD<2%。A method of determining K,Na,Mg,Fe, Mn,Zn, Cu, Cr in Chinese herbal medicines by microwave digestion and FAAS is established. Microwave digestion system and digestion conditions were discussed. Chinese herbal medicines was digested by HNO3 ＋ H202. Testing results showed that the detection limits range is from 0. 006μg/mL to 0. 035μg/mL depending on the elements, and correlation coefficient is larger than 0. 999 0. Recoveries of samples are in the range 96. 00 % - 103.98% and RSD of the results is less than 2 %. This method was accurate, simple and rapid.
