摘 要:根据变压器振动产生机理,在时变电磁场及结构力学方程的基础上,使用COMSOL建立物理模型,从多场耦合的角度,对一台三相三柱式电力变压器在空载和负载条件下其磁场分布、铁芯磁致伸缩应力、应变及绕组洛伦兹力分别进行计算。计算结果给出的图像形象验证了空载和轻载时磁致伸缩是铁芯振动的主要原因,满载和过载情况下绕组洛伦兹力对变压器振动的贡献不能忽视,为后续的如何降振、降噪的研究提供了借鉴。According to transformer vibrating mechanism, time-varying electromagnetic field and structural mechanics equations, COMSOL is used to establish physical model of a three-phase transformer under the conditions of with load and without load, to make analysis of the magnetic flux distribution and the stress and strain in core and windings. The results vividly verify the following conlusions are available : Magnetostriction is the main cause of vibration under no-load and light load conditions. While the contribution to transformer's vibrations can't be ignored when they are full load. This does provide reference of how to decrease vibration and noise in the future.
