摘 要:高能激光在科研、军事和工业等领域的应用日益广泛,其功率和能量的准确测定是激光器性能评价和激光武器系统作战效能评估的重要依据。考虑到高能激光的物理特性和非球面元件的光学性质,提出了一种基于非球面分光反射镜的高能激光功率和能量测试方案。针对分光镜的面形参数及激光功率计的响应波段、测量范围、损伤阈值、有效探测孔径等特征参数,对激光束经过分光反射镜后到达两个激光功率计探测面的光束功率密度进行了数值仿真,将仿真结果与采集到的光斑进行了对比分析。同时,从能量角度对分光镜的分光效果进行了实际测试,分光镜的平均分光比达到98.75%,进而验证了方案的合理性。High energy lasers are increasingly used in scientific, military and industrial applications. Accurately measuring the power and energy of high energy laser is an important basis to evaluate the performance of laser and the effectiveness evaluation of laser weapon systems. Based on the aspheric spectroscope, and by taking account of the physical characteristics of high energy laser and the optical properties of aspheric element, a novel scheme was proposed for measuring power and energy of high energy laser. Considering the spectrosco technology and other parameters such as spectral range, measurement capability, damage pe which used aspheric threshold and effective aperture diameter about laser power meter, the surface beam power density was simulated, and the numerical simu- lation results were analyzed contrastively with the collected laser spot. Meanwhile, the prismatic result was tested by using the criterion of energy, the rate of spectroscope was approached to 98.75%, and the rationality about design was also confirmed.
