摘  要:探索阻燃剂对聚乙烯醇(PVA)/松木锯末复合材料的力学和阻燃性能影响。以Mg(OH)2和Al(OH)3为阻燃剂,热压成型制备PVA/锯末复合材料,探讨阻燃剂类型和用量对复合材料的力学和阻燃性能影响。结果表明,Mg(OH)2量对复合材料的抗拉强度影响大,对扯断伸长率和邵氏硬度影响较小。Al(OH)3量对复合材料的力学性能影响较小,且阻燃性优于Mg(OH)2,当添加量达7.0%,复合材料的燃烧速度仅为6.5mm/min,阻燃级别可达FH—1。It was probed of the influence of flame retardant on mechanical and flame retarding properties of PVA/Pine sawdust composites. PVA/Sawdust flame retarding composite was prepared by means of hot press mold- ing by using Mg(OH) 2 and AI(OH) 3 as flame retardant, respectively. Mechanical and flame retarding properties of composite were determined to study the influence of type and dosage of flame retardant on the mechanical and flame retarding properties of the composite. Results indicate that dosage of Mg(OH)2 showed great influence on the tensile strength and slight influence on shore hardness and elongation of break of the composite. By comparison, dosage of AI(OH) 3 showed slight influence on all the three mechanical properties. Flame retardation of AI(OH) 3 was superior to AI(OH) 3. According to the horizontal flame test, flame retarding grade of the composite reached FH-1 by adding 7.0% AI( OH)3 in the composite and the measured burning velocity is only 6.5 mm/min.
