2004-2011年柳州市法定报告传染病流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析2004-2011年柳州市法定报告传染病流行特征。方法应用描述流行病学方法对柳州市2004-2011年通过国家《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》上报的法定报告传染病疫情资料进行分析。结果 2004-2011年柳州市法定报告传染病共报告28种261 316例,年平均发病率为868.80/10万。2004-2011年发病率依次为758.05/10万、779.67/10万、796.81/10万、692.88/10万、737.68/10万、805.32/10万、1 328.9/10万、1 031.93/10万。8年来无甲类传染病报告,报告的乙类传染病19种139 386例,丙类传染病9种121 930例。结论影响柳州市人群健康的传染病主要是肠道传染病、呼吸道传染病、血及性传播疾病,其中病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、艾滋病,手足口病占了比较大的比重。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of mandatory reported infectious diseases in Liuzhou city from 2004 to 2011. Methods The descriptive epidemiology method was used to analyze the epidemic data of mandatory reported infectious diseases which were reported from the Diseases Reporting Information System in Liuzhou city from 2004 to 2011. Results 28 kinds and 261 316 cases of mandatory reported infectious diseases were reported in Liuzhou city from 2004 to 2011, and the average annual incidence rate was 868.80/100 000. The incidence rate of the mandatory reported infectious diseases every year during 2004 to 2011 was 758.05/100 000, 779.67/100 000, 796.81/100 000, 692.88/100 000, 737.68/100 000, 805.32/100 000, 1 328.9/100 000 and 1 031.93/100 000 respectively. There was no class - A infectious disease reported during these 8 years, and there were 19 kinds and 139 386 cases of mandatory reported class - B and 9 kinds and 121 930 cases of mandatory reported class - C were reported. Conclusions The major infectious diseases which influence the health of population in Liuzhou city were the intestinal infectious diseases, respiratory diseases, blood and sexually transmitted diseases. Viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, syphilis, AIDS and HFMD accounted for a relatively large proportion of all kinds of reported mandatory reported cases.
