摘　　要：在建立与铁路企业市场主体地位相适应的有害生物防控体制机制方面进行了有益探索和实践,在详细介绍了铁路局层面组织管理架构、各部门职责、运作方式、工作制度、考核办法及其防制成效的基础上提出了建立铁路局综合防制管理体制和长效工作机制,是铁路有害生物防制的治本之策。This paper conducted some sound explorations and practices in the area of establishing prevention and control system and mechanism of the pests which adapt to the market main body status of railway enterprise. By introducing the management structure, the duties of each department, operation mode, working system, assessment method and remarkable results, this paper put forward the comprehensive control measures and longacting working mechanism in railway administration, which would be the fundamental strategy for prevention and control of railway pests.
