摘  要:目的应用脉冲场凝胶电泳(pulsed field gel electrophoresis,PFGE)技术对乌龟引起幼儿鼠伤寒沙门菌感染的溯源调查。方法对一例多次检测鼠伤寒沙门菌阳性的病例采集粪便标本以及接触过的乌龟外表涂抹样本进行脉冲场凝胶电泳、血清分型、耐药性分析。结果 4株菌株的XbaI酶切图谱与BlnI酶切图谱100%一致,表明乌龟身上携带的鼠伤寒沙门菌是患儿周某感染的源头。结论龟源性沙门氏菌感染应引起重视,应用PFGE技术开展食源性疾病溯源调查值得推广。Objective To investigate the source of salmonella typhimurium infections caused by turtle applied with pulse field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) technology. Method The Stool specimens of one case of salmonella typhimurium infections tested by many times were collected and the specimens contacted with turtle appearance were analyzed with pulse field gel electrophoresis, blood type and resistance. Results Four strains of XbaI macrorestriction map were 100% consistent with BlnI macrorestriction map, which showed that the salmonella typhimurium carried by turtles was the source of children infections. Conclusions Chelonian source of salmonella infection should be taken into consideration. The application of PFGE technology to develop the food born diseases traceability survey is worth promoting.
