摘 要:目的 2011-2012年对3株疑似O139群霍乱弧菌进行检测与分离鉴定。方法依据检验标准对样本进行分离培养、血清学试验、生化反应等鉴定。结果该3株菌为麦氏弧菌,与O139群霍乱弧菌诊断血清有交叉凝集。结论该3菌株不是O139群霍乱弧菌,而是麦氏弧菌。为避免实验结果出现假阳性,必须进行系统生化鉴定,以确保菌株鉴定的准确性。特别是在处理霍乱疫情时,病原菌的正确鉴定可为控制疫情提供科学依据。Objective To detect and identify 3 suspected vibrio cholerae 0139 isolates which isolated from 2011 to 2012. Methods The samples were isolated and cultured, serological tested and biochemical identified according to inspection standard. Results The 3 strains were identified as vibrio metschnikovii, and the 3 strains were cross - reacted with vibrio cholerae O139 diagnostic serum. Conclusions The 3 strains were not the vibrio cholerae 0139, but vibrio metschnikovii. In order to prevent the possibility of false - positive results, the accuracy of identification should be assured. Especially when dealing with the cholera outbreak, the correct identification of pathogenic bacteria can provide scientific basis for control and prevent epidemics.
