摘  要:提出了求解具有水、火电厂和抽水蓄能电厂的多区域电网日经济调度问题的基于混合整数规划的新算法。该算法能够在满足区域约束的条件下 ,协调考虑各种类型发电机组的经济运行 ,从而使全网获得最大的经济效益。该算法已成功地应用于具有 6个区域、2 7个电厂 (含抽蓄电厂 )的广东电网。计算结果表明 ,利用抽蓄电厂进行移峰填谷 。To perform the daily dispatch of multi regional power network with hydro plants, thermal plants and pump storage plants, a new algorithm based on mixed integer planning is presented. This algorithm can optimize the generation of each unit by coordinating pump storage plant with other power plants while satisfying several constraints at the same time. Therefore, the most economic effects of the whole network can be obtained. This algorithm is successfully used in the Guangdong provincial power network with 27 plants (including pump storage plants) in 6 regions. The calculation results of Guangdong system show that pump storage plants can be used to shift the peak of the load curve so that the operation condition of the whole system can be greatly improved.
