经后路切除治疗儿童腰骶部半椎体畸形的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经后路半椎体切除治疗儿童腰骶部半椎体畸形的疗效及经验。方法对2005年2月至2012年2月我们收治的13例腰骶部半椎体畸形患儿的治疗及随访情况进行回顾性分析。结果13例患儿中，应用髂骨钉和髂骨钩固定5例，术后脊柱侧弯控制不理想，骨盆倾斜纠正不明显，出现如脱钩、髂骨钉移位等并发症；采用经后路半椎体切除后腰骶椎弓根钉固定8例，脊柱畸形及骨盆、躯干倾斜矫形效果满意，且维持矫形的效果相对稳定，并发症少。结论小儿腰骶部畸形需早发现，早治疗。采取后路半椎体切除、腰骶椎弓根钉固定的方法效果可靠，并发症少。Objetive The analysis of treatment for lumbosacral malformation in pediatrics by posterior cutting hemivertebrae. Methods 13 patients of lumbosacral malformation were treated and followed up since Feb. 2005 to Feb. 2012. Results 5 patients to make use of ilium screw and hook were disaffected because some complications to appear, as aggravating scoliosis, pelvis incline, displacement of ilium screw and book. 8 patients who made use of lumbosacral screw after cut hemivertebrae from back were satisfactory. To rectify mal- formation of the spine and the pelvis kept steady and less complication. Conclusion The lumbosacral malfor- mation in pediatrics need be detected and treated earlier. It is dependable method to made use of lumbosacral screw after cut hemivertebrae from back, and less complication.
