二黄归芷膏直肠灌注治疗溃疡性直肠炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察二黄归芷膏直肠灌注治疗溃疡性直肠炎的临床疗效。方法将120例溃疡性直肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组采用二黄归芷膏直肠灌注治疗,1次/d。对照组口服柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片,1g/次,3次/d,同时配合甲硝唑注射液100ml,保留灌肠,1次/d。观察腹痛、腹泻、肛内肿痛、里急后重、黏液脓血便主要症状及内镜直肠黏膜充血、水肿、糜烂、溃疡等改善情况,评定治疗效果。结果治疗组对轻、中度溃疡性直肠炎的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在临床总体疗效、中医证候疗效及内镜直肠黏膜的总体疗效方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论二黄归芷膏直肠灌注治疗溃疡性直肠炎有较好临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Erhuang Guizhi paste rectal perfusion in the treatment of ulcerative proctitis. Methods 120 cases of ulcerative proctitis patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group（1 ： 1）. The treatment group used Erhuang Guizhi Paste rectal perfusion therapy,while the control group took sulfasalazine enteric-coated tablets orally, 1 g per time, 3 times/d,at the same time with metronidazole injection 100 ml, retention enema, 1 time/＆ Abdominal pain, diarrhea, swelling, tenesmus, bloody pu- rulent stool symptoms and endoscopic rectal mucosal hyperemia, etc, were observed to evaluate the treatment effect. Results The efficacy of the treatment group for mild,moderate ulcerative proctitis is better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;the clinical total curative,the overall effect of TCM syndromes and endoscopic improve- ment of rectal mucosa in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Erhuang Guizhi paste rectal perfusion for the treatment of ulcerative proctitis have better clinical efficacy,is wor- thy of clinical application.
